批“人类口述和非物质遗产”。“申遗”成功后，使国内其它剧种为之一震！纷纷着手准备申报。记者从文化部外事局获悉，“人类口述非物质遗产”的评选和申报，每两年举行一次。早在第一次评审前，文化部就已下发过动员各地申报的文件。文化部外事局张敏认为，昆曲率先申报成功，并不意味着其它剧种就不能再申报，只要这些剧种亟需保护，有人在为这些剧种做申报的准备，就有申报成功的希望。
近年来，传统戏曲面临着严峻的生存危机：观众群缩小和老化，一些专业剧团停演和转业。秦腔也同样面临这一危机。倘若“秦腔”能申报“世界文化遗产”成功，让中国的戏曲引起全世界关注，联合国教科文组织就有基金保护。古老的陕西“秦腔” 就能世世代代流传下去。
