榛苓社 秦腔班社，成立于1914年。当时西安一部分知识分子，以惠春波为首发起创办科班，招收学生，设立文化课，聘请著名艺人李云亭（麻子红）、梁箴（船户娃）、刘立杰（木匠红）、聂金铭（聂大少）、张寿全（假科儿）、曾鉴堂（一枝花）、张海牛、王果等担任教练。出科的著名演员：须生有和家彦、肖顺和、卢九龄等；旦角有何振中、党春燕、武振华等；生角有雷士奎、颜春苓等。尤其和家彦与何振中，驰名秦陇，成为秦腔一代之名师。王绍猷先生在《秦中六十年来之著名演员》一文中说：“和家彦，李云亭之高足，台风举止，颇得乃师衣钵，……如《春秋笔》、《广寒图》、《拆书》、《烙碗计》等戏，刚柔并济，声名益彰”。“何振中青衣花衫，各有所长。《五家坡》、《断桥亭》、《玉堂春》、《红梅阁》等戏，歌唱则调叶商羽，娴雅动人”。
榛苓社演出的剧目大多为秦腔之传统戏，计有《红叶诗》、《计中计》、《女丈夫》、《玉龙钗》、《百花诗》、《广寒图》、《拆书》、《放承恩》、《玉梅绦》、《周仁回府》、《破宁国》、《状元媒》、《春秋笔》、《玉堂春》、《红梅阁》、《五家坡》等剧目。
榛苓社后来在西安无法维持，出走关中各县演出。于1930年社长惠春波因故放手不管，加之名旦何振中被三意社邀去，更是无法演出，显赫一时的榛苓社，从此离散无存。
