昨晚，随着河北梆子传统名剧《秦香莲》在中国大戏院的火爆上演，本市河北梆子剧院拉开了五月演出的序幕。此后，该院将先后赴北京、本市农村及本市各大小剧场演出经典名剧及精彩演唱会，为观众献上一台台好听好看的剧目。
河北梆子在京津冀一带有着众多的观众群。昨晚，该团优秀演员刘志欣与金玉芳分饰前后秦香莲，王廷俊饰包拯。观众们从市区赶来，从郊县赶来，大家为演员认真投入的表演喝彩。明天，该院还将在中国大戏院演出赵靖、曹广博主演的《六月雪》，杨丽萍、王少华、徐瑾主演的《三娘教子》和陈春、李斌、刘晓云、张传晔主演的《辕门斩子》。这也是中国大戏院建院七十周年演出系列之一。
在中国大戏院演出结束后，梆子剧院将开始有名的戏曲大篷车下乡，在大港区古林街工农村连续演出三至四场。然后回师津门演出，16日和17日赴北京演出，回津后在滨湖剧院演出金牌剧目《画皮》、《四郎探母》等，28日还将在中国大戏院举行韩派再传弟子金玉芳戏曲声腔演唱会。同时，20多场小型演出将在各小剧场进行。
