甘肃省台戏曲栏目办了多年，有一些创新，做了大量工作，但还是没新意，整体水平不高，观众反映也不是很好，对此我个人有点想法，供大家商榷。
一是政府要大力支持，加大政策和资金的投入，一句话就是解决“钱”的问题；
二要在吸取各地戏曲栏目成功经验的基础上，突出地域特色，推陈出新，提高栏目品味；
三要加强硬件建设，尤其是音响、舞台、灯光、服装等建设；
四要坚持公开公平公正原则，采取多种方式，增加栏目的公开透明度，切实提高栏目质量，不要把那些吃梆子撞弦的演员评一等奖；
五则要加大宣传，扩大知名度，吸引更多的人参与，培养并推出一批新人，尤其是青年人。
好了，更多的我就不说了，希望有关部门深思，为什么陕西、河南等省台的戏曲栏目就办的有声有色，而我们也花了力气就是不行呢？
